Destroy limiting beliefs with this one simple phrase: "It's possible!"
No matter how big the dream or goal is, always choose to believe that it's possible to achieve them and so much more.
Of course, we must recognize what those limiting beliefs are to really tackle them head on. Limiting beliefs are those words or statements spoken in your life that place a boundary around your dreams and goals. These words or statements aren't things you consented to, but came into your life in the form of people, songs, or upbringing. Limiting beliefs can look and sound something like this:
- "It costs too much money."
- "Money doesn't grow on trees."
- "I don't have enough time in the day."
- "I'm too busy to hang out."
- "I can't afford this."
- "I'm not good enough."
- "You are not qualified for the job/position."
- "I don't have what it takes."
And the worse kind of limiting belief stems from comparison:
- "She gets to have that car because she's rich."
- "I wish I could have nice things like my next door neighbor."
- "He gets to have that private yacht because he struck it big."
- "You all are so lucky to be on vacation this week."
All of these limiting beliefs keep us from living the life we are called to live. It keeps us from making choices that pertain to our freedom. It all boils down to our focus: Are we focused on our misery because of comparison? Or are we focused on our limiting beliefs because of what was said to us or around us? A self-checkup is in order, which can be done through journaling or on the Calm® App. Once we realize what the limiting beliefs are, we can flip the script and change our perspective from "Impossible" to "It's possible".
- "I have a choice to change my perspective."
- "I can afford that item once I budget and plan my finances properly."
- "I am able to take a vacation whenever I want or need one."
- "I am blessed with what I have and the life I have been given."
- "I don't have to live like my rich neighbor. I can live the life I want to live that aligns with my principles."
- "I have the energy and capacity to do what I was called to do, rather than fulfill someone else's agenda."
Once we tap into these statements, it's time to put them into action. It can be through researching about stocks, taking one of our premium forex trading classes, learning about the value of the life insurance industry, applying the Wealth Made Simple principles we have here on TinyBoss Blog, starting a YouTube channel, studying about how to run a business, looking up how to network to the right business people - the list goes on and on!
It's possible to live the life YOU want to live! You can achieve your dreams and goals, no matter the size or magnitude. All it takes is for you to shift your perspective and mindset from "Impossible" to "It's Possible!"
